Jina Taylor's talent with food has been influenced by her mother's culinary skills and her father's artistry.
Her life has been devoted to excellence---as a university-trained soprano, as a Taekwondo champion and instructor, as an accomplished gardener, and now as a culinary artist.
After immigrating to the United States in 1990 , she broadened her food interests to include Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines in addition to the Asian specialties that come so naturally to her.
She has taught cooking at several Mystic area venues and has been catering since 2000 with rave reviews.
